Gladiator changes
The Korean August 19 update changes Ruinous Blow from a charging skill to a basic area attack. Its groggy value increases from 15 to 25. Those changes affect how the skill fits into a sequence, so a pre-patch demonstration should be checked against the current tooltip.
Chanter and event context
The patch also reduces Chanter's Focused Defense value from 10 to 5. The accompanying event schedule includes a September 23 end date. As of this article's September 13 editorial check, that announced deadline is still ahead; eligibility remains subject to the service's event conditions.
